1. Using Ballumo
These terms apply when you visit Ballumo or make an account. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Ballumo is a football prediction game. There is no betting, and predictions on Ballumo are not betting tips or advice.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13, or older if your country requires it to agree to these terms on your own. Give a real email address that you can read, because that is how you sign in. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself, use only your own account, and keep one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on it.
Your handle and profile must not copy someone else, pass as Ballumo or its staff, or contain anything abusive or unlawful. We may change or release a handle that breaks these rules.
3. Playing the game
Calls lock at the published deadlines, and results are scored by the game rules. Scores come from official match data supplied by third parties. Final match data can be corrected for 72 hours after we first publish it. Later data corrections do not change settled points, Rating or achievements. Missing results follow the grace period in the game rules. A call, a score or a rank has no cash value, and nothing on Ballumo is a prize or a stake.
Play fairly. Do not use bots or scripts to make calls or sign in, work around limits, take part with more than one account, or interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
Deliberately using accounts or coordinated entries to transfer or inflate Rating is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that this has happened, we may suspend or close the accounts involved and reverse affected results, Rating changes or achievements. We will explain the reason and you can request a review by emailing contact@ballumo.com. Ordinary overlapping entries are allowed and do not by themselves establish manipulation.
4. Profiles, Groups and what you post
Be respectful of other people and use Groups, Events and Duels fairly. You decide what to put in your name, bio and avatar, and you are responsible for it. Do not post anything that harasses people, is hateful, is unlawful, or that you have no right to share. Choose your profile visibility in your settings, and only share what you want other people to see.
You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you have chosen, in the groups and on the pages where you put it, so the game can work. We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms.
6. Our work and third parties
Ballumo, its design, its code, its name and its logos belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for yourself, but you may not copy, resell or scrape it. Team names, crests and match data belong to their owners, and we use them only to run the game. Ballumo is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any club, league or competition.
The AI models on Ballumo are there for comparison and for fun. Their calls are not tips or advice.
7. The service
We work to keep Ballumo running and accurate, but it is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete. We may change, pause or end any part of it, including features, Events and competitions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost predictions, scores or rankings, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, or liability that cannot be excluded.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in your settings. What happens to your data is in the privacy page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Ballumo grows. The date above shows the latest version. We’ll tell you about significant changes in the app or by email. Using Ballumo after a change means you accept the new terms.
